I’m an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and lifelong athlete — but that’s not why I do this. I do this because I know what it feels like when your body, your time, and your sense of self stop feeling like yours. When you look in the mirror and recognize the face but can’t quite find the person behind it.
I didn’t become a trainer to build a business. I became one because I needed to find my own way back. And when I did — when I recognized myself again — I knew I couldn’t keep that to myself. This practice exists because of that moment. And every woman I help feel like herself again is why it continues.
